Remove the herb from its packaging and boil in a large pot with water. Keep the lid on the boil to prevent the essential oils from evaporating.
Once boiled, remove the pot from heat and let it sit for twenty minutes.
Next, strain the contents either directly into a bucket.
Pour over your shoulders, going left to right, right to left and pray for your desires until gone.
